Effective January 2007 United States citizen's flying to Mexico MUST HAVE A VALID U.S.PASSPORT good for 6 months after your return date from Mexico.

All 7 night packages start and end on Saturday as flights in and out of Zihautanejo are very limited.

When booking with Active Vacation Experts proof of travel insurance is required prior to final payment. An insurance quote will be provided at time of deposit.

The weather is warm all the time usually around 80 degrees in the Zihautanejo/Ixtapa area of Mexico so you should bring plenty of sunblock, a hat and sunglasses.

In the summer months it is not unusual to have light rain showers in the late afternoon so be prepared for it.

SURF GEAR: Bring a Rash guard, surf wear, leash and lots of tropical surf wax. Leave your wet suit at home the water temperature is around 80 degrees year round.

CLOTHING: Light clothing is the order of the day, shorts and etc. Corky's home does have a washer.

SURFBOARDS: Longboards are available, no shortboards. If you are planning to use one of Corky's boards please advise at time of booking. You may of course bring your own board.
